Shipping policy

For all orders 

Unless a product is out of stock, all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We will let you know if there are delays. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please note that transit times may vary, depending on your location Local Orders / Pick Up Arrangements can be made for local orders to be picked up. 

Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address. This step must be completed; however, the next step allows you to choose pick up as your delivery option. This is free of charge. Please note that we are located in Cold Springs, Ontario, just north of Cobourg. 

International Orders 

Pure Joy Botanicals is proud to offer international shipping to most anywhere in the world. International orders may incur charges for duties and taxes per the rates established by their respective countries. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
